At Edge2 Engineering Solutions, we operate a well-equipped testing facility designed to support civil engineering, geotechnical investigation, soil testing, construction material testing, and chemical analysis under one roof. Our lab and field equipment setup enables us to deliver accurate, reliable, and standards-based test results for infrastructure, residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Our facility is backed by a combination of mechanical testing machines, chemical lab instruments, and soil investigation equipment, helping us handle both laboratory testing and on-site geotechnical works efficiently.

1) Mechanical Testing Equipment Facility

Our mechanical testing section is equipped to perform a wide range of construction material and structural strength tests with dependable accuracy. The facility includes advanced compression and universal testing systems, along with supporting instruments for sample preparation, measurement, and quality control.

2) Chemical Laboratory Equipment Facility

Our chemical laboratory is equipped with essential instruments for material chemical analysis, heating, drying, and high-precision weighing, enabling reliable support for construction material quality evaluation and related laboratory processes.

  • Muffle Furnace (up to 1100°C) with digital temperature control and over-temperature protection

  • Water Bath with thermostatic control for stable heating conditions

  • Analytical Balance (0–220 g, 0.0001 g LC) for high-precision weighing

  • Electronic Balance (10 kg) for routine weighing requirements

3) Soil & Geotechnical Investigation Equipment Facility

Edge2’s soil division is equipped with both field drilling rigs and laboratory soil testing equipment, enabling end-to-end support for geotechnical investigations and soil characterization.
